The Origin

Cultural exchange is meaningless if human dignity is compromised.

For over a decade, our founder Wendy used international theatre and storytelling to dismantle stereotypes and represent Chinese culture authentically on the global stage.

Yet, as she worked to elevate the voices of Asian women in the arts, a devastating truth emerged: while representation matters, safety and opportunity matter equally.

Evolving from the groundbreaking 'Avoice' anti-violence initiative, AWDPI is an international non-profit operating across 30 countries to eliminate discrimination and gender-based violence against Asian women.

We don't just admire their work; we actively fund it. A portion of our income will be devoted to supporting and empowering Asian women worldwide through refuge, legal advocacy, and educational growth.
