All monies paid by you in respect of travel services booked through us are held in a Protected Trust Account operated by PTS. These funds are ringfenced and protected in the event of our insolvency, ensuring that you will not lose any money paid to us.
In the event of our insolvency, PTS will ensure that:
- monies held in the trust account are returned to you; or
- where travel arrangements have commenced, reasonable arrangements are made to ensure completion of your trip, where possible.
